By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation for boat rides, safaris, or accommodation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeit of the deposit.

4. Liability and Safety

While we prioritize your safety, engaging in boat rides and wildlife safaris involves inherent risks. Tranquility Naivasha is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, provided we have adhered to safety regulations.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
